Deal Includes Roll-out of Williams Interactive Library of Authentic Las Vegas-style Casino Games in Regulated New Jersey, .Com, and .Country iGaming Jurisdictions

CHICAGO – April 2, 2014 – Williams Interactive LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq: SGMS), today announced agreements to provide its vast library of authentic Las Vegas-style slot games to many of the gaming sites run by bwin.party digital entertainment (LSE: BPTY), a global online gaming company. Williams Interactive will integrate its Remote Game Server into the bwin.party platform, providing players on sites run on the bwin.party gaming platform with access to slot titles and game engines currently popular with online players across Europe on desktop, tablets and smart phones.

Williams Interactive slot games will be available to the customers of bwin.party gaming sites, including those playing at bwin.com, partypoker.com/casino, partycasino.com and nj.partypoker.com and to players in other regulated gaming jurisdictions. Players will have access to an expanding library of proven casino games, from classic slots Reel ‘em In!™ and Super Jackpot Party™, to online hits such as Spartacus Gladiator of Rome™ and Zeus™ III, and game engines proving massively popular offline, including Wheel Bonus and Any Way™.
