Australian trade show scheduled for November

Affiliate Programs.com, a 7 000-strong community
of online gambling marketing affiliates, certainly
has style when it comes to picking pleasant locations
for its get-togethers, which have taken members
to several countries around the globe.
The
organisation's latest venture, scheduled for November
25 to 28 this year will see a new annual affiliate
marketing conference taking place in Australia
at Sydney’s premium, five-star Shangri-La
hotel.

Down Under will not only be the first Australian-based
conference held by Casino Affiliate Programs.com,
but also the first ever Internet gambling focused
conference in that country held by any party,
according to a company spokesman this week.
The
conference is designed to bring to Australia world-class
speakers, interactive discussion panels and networking
and industry socialising that have become synonymous
with the CAP events held in Europe at locations
like London and Barcelona.
“The
aim of CAP Down Under 2008 is to provide a relaxed
atmosphere where affiliates and affiliate managers
can network, learn and come together for one common
cause: to make the iGaming affiliate industry
the best affiliate industry in the world,”
commented Alex Pratt, one of the organisers. “Like
all CAP events, we’re hosting this exciting
conference in one of the best hotels available:
Sydney’s premium 5-star Shangri-La hotel,
in beautiful Sydney harbor.”
Pratt
said that the conference program would include
a dedicated exhibition where affiliates and webmasters
can meet, negotiate, and network with affiliate
managers and management from the top online sites
in Australia and all around the world; expert
speaker sessions focusing on the Australian and
Asian markets; round-table discussions between
operators and affiliates; open discussions on
the industry’s most important issues; and
sponsored networking activities and social events
every evening.
